I like to try out new ice cream flavors and colors! 😀 So, today I made ice cream with purple potatoes.

The color of the purple potato ice cream is beautiful! A bluish purple ice cream – which turns pink with added acid. But the ice cream doesn’t taste very well, so I won’t share the recipe with you: It tastes like sweet frozen mashed potatoes! 😉
