I love games made with river rocks or beach pebbles! 😀 For this river rock tic tac toe I used a round silver gray river rock, drew lines with a chalk-like white rock, and used small round black and white pebbles as game pieces.

Doesn’t it look great? And it’s so simple to make: You can make it anytime on a river bank or the beach. 😀
