I made bounty inspired vegan coconut Easter eggs! They taste great, but are a bit more complicated than the other vegan Easter eggs of my Easter Countdown 2017.
Ingedients:
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 50ml coconut milk
- 5 tbsp coconut oil
- 50ml rum
- 125g grated coconut
- melted chocolate
Caramelize the sugar, then add the other ingredients. Use two teaspoons to form into egg shapes. Using a fork, dip the vegan coconut eggs in chocolate.
