This naturally green pudding is colored with homegrown wheatgrass! The pudding tastes a bit like matcha pudding but it’s much cheaper – matcha powder is so expensive! Wheatgrass has many health benefits: it’s an excellent source of chlorophyll, vitamin A, C and E. Wheatgrass is a natural antioxidant and detoxifier, it cleanses the liver and blood.
Growing wheatgrass at home is easy and fun! You can grow your own wheatgrass in about 8 days. After 8 days your homegrown wheatgrass is ready to harvest. Now turn it into wheatgrass juice in a blender.

This is such a good-looking dessert! I love how the wheatgrass juice made the color so lovely! I bet it tastes yummy, too! Thanks for sharing at Fiesta Friday party!

That’s pretty cool, Lina, growing your own wheatgrass and using it as a natural coloring. I’ll have to give it a try.
