My 1920s crystal seed bead tassel necklace, here together with two other, green seed bead necklaces. All made by me. For the tassel I’ve used the same technique as here (my tassels for the sleeves of a 1910s evening dress). My inspirations for the tassel: ca. 1922-3 Cartier tassel brooch, another 1920s Cartier tassel brooch, and a 1920s bracelet with pearl tassel. And a present-day photograph of a woman wearing a 1920s-style tassel brooch.

I love this necklace, it’s fabulous. I looked at the other post you linked to (what a gorgeous outfit btw!) but am still a little confused about how you’ve made the tassel. Can I be a pain and ask you to explain it for me a bit more?
