Some years ago, I turned a modern cotton blouse into a Victorian-style blouse. It resembles this 1860s cotton blouse with pintucks. As it’s a modern blouse cut, it hasn’t the sloped shoulder seams – typical of Victorian bodices – but this isn’t seen if the blouse is worn with a zouave jacket.
I replaced the buttons with hooks …
… and the sleeve buttons with pearl buttons.
I also changed the shape of the side seams.
Here I’m wearing the blouse as an Edwardian shirtwaist with the pleated brown skirt of my Edwardian bicycle costume.

Sorry, there’s no pattern for the blouse – I refashioned a store-bought blouse into this Victorian-style blouse.
