Paper corset mockups are ideal to see the shape of the corset.

These are paper mockups of Victorian corsets which I’ve made for this 1860s corded corset. I’ve printed the pattern out, cut the shapes out, and glued it together with sticky tape.

Here are Edwardian paper corset mockups. I’ve planned to sew the corset at the top on the right. The corset in the top left corner also looks curvy and pretty, but it has unnatural measurements.

Do you also make paper mockups before you sew a corset?
