I never thought that kiwi jam would be so delicious! 😀 Today I made kiwi jam for the first time. It’s an easy recipe with just two ingredients, and so fast that you can make it right before breakfast. And have I already mentioned how delicious it is? 😉
Ingredients:
- 2 parts kiwi puree
- 1 part jam sugar
Peel kiwis, mash with a fork or puree in a blender. Simmer kiwi puree and jam sugar for about 10 minutes, stirring frequently. After boiling, the kiwi jam is more yellow. I just made a small batch, so I didn’t can it. But the kiwi jam will keep in the fridge for some days. The jam was so delicious – sweet and sour – that there wasn’t much left over after breakfast! 😉
