I made two new Indian beaded wirework hair clips. 😀

I used pink, red, pearl, golden and green seed beads; faux pearl glass beads, and golden wire.

The beaded hair barrettes are inspired by Indian hair jewelry. My inspiration was Surya & Chandra jewelry, sun and moon shaped brooch-like hair ornaments, which are worn at South Indian weddings.

In the pictures you also see my faux pearl bracelets, a green and gold necklace which I here wear with my 1910s ‘peacock’ evening dress and my homemade kohl pencil with a DIY paper wrapper.
