Cake, ice cream, custard, bread, pasta & bread – all naturally colored green for St. Patrick’s Day!
You don’t need artificial food coloring to dye food vibrant green for St. Patrick’s Day. Use sunflower seeds for dark green, kale or wheatgrass for bright green, matcha for moss green, pistachios or green peas for light green, red cabbage for blue green, kiwi for yellow green, and spinach for light or dark green.
Everything looks so pretty and yummy! Thanks for sharing!
Thanks so much, Jhuls! 🙂

Happy St Patrick’s Day. Loads of fab ideas there. Mint choc chip ice cream would be my first choice, though I’m pretty sure that wouldn’t be naturally green. Thanks for joining us for the #DreamTeam 🙂
Thanks, Annette! I’ve made naturally green mint ice cream – mint ice cream is my favorite ice cream! 😀 I used fresh spinach juice to dye it green. For bluish ice cream, you can also use homemade natural blue food coloring.
What great ideas! Thanks for sharing at the What’s for Dinner party.
