Make naturally colored sprinkles from scratch! Baby blue and pink fondant sprinkles – all naturally colored with beetroot and butterfly pea tea!
Blue & Pink Naturally Colored Sprinkles With Homemade Fondant
Ingredients:
Directions:
Make fondant with powdered sugar, powdered glucose, gelatin and water.
Roll out the homemade naturally colored fondant on powdered sugar to 1-2 mm (1/16 inch) thick. Cut the fondant into thin strips with a sharp knife. Then cut the strips into sprinkles.
Let the homemade, naturally colored pink and blue sprinkles dry for some days at room temperature. And that’s all! Wasn’t that easy?
Store the homemade fondant sprinkles in glass jars at room temperature. The blue and pink sprinkles hold the color quite well.
Decorate cakes, cupcakes, cake pops or ice cream with your homemade naturally colored sprinkles!
