Oat Flour Chocolate Chip Cookies – Gluten-Free

Light, crispy and so delicious – these oat flour chocolate chip cookies are naturally gluten-free!

Oat Flour Chocolate Chip Cookies - Gluten-Free

Unlike my soft and chewy naturally green sunflower seed chocolate chip cookies, these oat flour chocolate chip cookies are cripsy and light. The chocolate chip cookies are made with oat flour so they’re naturally gluten-free.

If you don’t have oat flour at home, you can easily make homemade oat flour: either grind oat grains in a grain mill or blend rolled oats in a food processor. I always use chopped baking chocolate for my chocolate chip cookies because it’s dairy-free and cheap but feel free to use chocolate chips instead. Homemade Candied Cherries

I love candied cherries – but the store-bought ones have such an unnatural color and doesn’t taste like cherry at all! After making candied lemon and orange peel and candied orange slices I thought I’d give homemade candied cherries a try.

And they turned out delicious and I never would’ve thought that candied cherries can be made so quickly and easily at home! All you need for these homemade cherries is pitted cherries, sugar and water. Some candied cherry recipes say to let the cherries soak for up to 14 days in simple syrup but this recipe is quicker: the candied cherries can be done in 1 hour! Homemade Cherry Pie

This homemade cherry pie is so delicious – with a flaky, buttery pie crust from scratch, homemade cherry filling and marzipan crumble on top!

Homemade Cherry Pie

Cherries are not my favorite fruit but this cherry marzipan pie is so yummy! I baked the pie in a large 12-inch (30cm) pie plate that I found while clearing out grandma’s house. So maybe you’ll have to reduce the amount of dough and cherry filling if you use a regular 9-inch (24cm) pie plate. Continue reading Homemade Cherry Pie
