My 1920s mint green summer dress. I love this dress because it’s so comfortable to wear on a warm summer day, and mint green is one of my favorite colors. 😉
The dress fabric is a sheer, mint green chiffon.
The dress is cut straight with four godets in the skirt part.
The neckline and armholes are finished with self-fabric bias binding. And the hem is finished with my 1920s imitation picot hem.
As the fabric is slightly sheer, I’m wearing a pure silk slip beneath the dress.
It was such a lovely warm summer afternoon.
As always, our dog loved paddling and swimming in the water while we took the photos. 😉
The chiffon fabric is quite airy and flows in the summer wind.
After splashing in the water, we had lovely iced coffee with homemade vegan vanilla ice cream. 😀
